Yoga, Writing & Relaxation at Oregon Coast

Start each session with yoga, meditation & a healthy breakfast. Follow that with a creative kickstart for any soul nourishing activity you like from writing, hiking, photography, reading, wandering, napping, etc. If you are a yoga teacher the creativity sessions also offer CE Credit.
