CHALLENGE FAQ’S. 

 
During the first FIVE days of any challenge, things don’t always feel that great. Your body and mind are battling each other for comfort and convenience. For the routine and regularity they are use to. So that’s when we need each other the most. Get to a class. Walk with someone. Do whatever it takes to get over that hump and the rest will feel like cake! (not cake. Guac. I mean Guacamole!) ; )
 

1. Alcohol? Nope. It’s up to you how much you want to challenge yourself. But Alcohol matters and EVERYONE knows it. So once again…. this is your challenge for yourself, you choose. And that goes for anything else you were going to ask about. 

2. Including Sugar! Sugar? Nope. It’s up to you how much better you want to feel. Sugar matters in so many ways you wouldn’t even notice. JUST TRY. See how it feels. See what happens. Even if you drop sugar for 5 days. 10 days. That’s going to have a HUGE IMPACT. So just go in to the challenge with the intention to drop it and see how it feels.

3. What if I don’t get ALL THE DOTS! What if I don’t complete everything in one day?  Keep Going! Every little bit counts. Every little bit helps. Every step you take… Every move you make…. you see where this is going, right? But whatever you do… KEEP GOING! Put on some disco and keep going!

4. What happens at the end? Well first of all you will FEEL AMAZING and that should be enough! And to be totally honest, It’s RARE that anyone makes it to the end. In our previous challenges: The Gnome Explosion. LOVE Yourself Challenge and the original UnGrinching…. we had around 4 people finish. There are NO runner up trophies. You WILL feel better and you will have accomplished something great and fun. So my challenge to you… is to be one of those FOUR people! (and we might still have a really cool surprise for those 4) ; )

5. SO many people have told me that they didn’t keep up with taking really good care of them self over the past couple years… and now they’re hesitant to dive back in. This is our way of getting everyone back in the groove. Movin’ and Shakin’ and feeling good about everything! It’s TIIIIIIMMMMMEEEE. Let’s GO!
