Okay, but it IS simple and life changing. Because even participating a little bit…gets you in the drawings for dinner certificates to local restaurants, coffee cards, massage gift cards, Love merch and more.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 

  • SIGN UP BELOW, OPT IN BELOW OR MESSAGE US to get your Challenge Card.
  • You will get a SUPER SHORT email from LOVE every day for 21 days with a mini practice for the day. 
  • Do that practice & check it off! 
  • Submit your card by February 1st for the drawings. 

THAT’S IT! 💚 

It doesn’t matter how many you do. Obviously the more the merrier.  And even if you only participate a little bit… that counts!
