Love Yoga is celebrating almost TWO YEARS in Albany!  For our anniversary we are introducing NEW classes, NEW teachers, New styles and NEW products!  So if you haven’t been in for a while…you’ll want to drop in and see what’s happening!  SAVE THE DATE: SEPTEMBER 6TH!

Welcome to Love Yoga August 2012!  Our August schedule is staying the same…with TWO SUMMER GROOVE CLASSES!  During August we’ll be focusing on lots of exciting new things to bring you in September for our TWO year anniversary!!  Things like new classes, guest teachers, new mats, new tee shirts, a couple of outings and one big celebration! So stay tuned and watch for updates, dates, details and invites. (If you pay close attention during August and watch our facebook, you might get a sneak peek at some of the fun even earlier!)  See you on the mat!

Oh…and if you’re an early riser…please note that the Wednesday morning basics class at 6:30am is postponed for two weeks…it returns August 15th.

Call or email to RSVP and join us for Yoga outside at Namaste Vineyards!  All levels are welcome…Yoga outside, lunch by Jacopettis and wine tasting!  Come for yoga, lunch, wine or all three!  It’s a wonderfully relaxing way to spend the afternoon.  $25/person (5$ for wine tasting).

June 20th     Summer Solstice 6-8 pm  $10    Join us for a festive night of yoga, music, food, wine and fun!

June 26/30   Summer Groove Class:  High energy, heart pumpin, toe tappin’ class with new tunes.   June 26th  7:30pm;  June 30th 10:30am.

July 15th       Yoga at Namaste Vineyards 12-3pm $25.  Lunch and desserts provided by Jacopetti’s

Mark your yoga calendars:  Summer Solstice Yoga on Wednesday, June 20th 6pm!  Celebrate the season with yoga, wine, appetizers and music!  Henna artist, Rebecca Powell will be here too so think up something fun for your new (temporary) tattoo!  A heart chakra perhaps?  Peace sign?  The Sun or a Moon?  Shake up the week with this festive celebration!  Register online to reserve your space and let us know you’ll be here!

In observance of Memorial Day, Love Yoga will be closed
Sunday and Monday, May 27th and 28th.
So get your yoga in this week and Saturday morning 9am!

Hot air balloons make everything look so fun and we LOVE fun things!  Here’s a few fun things to watch for at Love Yoga!  

First up:  Next Sunday we cancelled Hot Yoga and replaced it with a class for everyone… and switched it to 10am….and mom’s fly free!  Bring any mom to yoga for FREE.  Yes, ANY MOM! 

Next up is the Summer Solstice….register early for your space, we’ll have yoga, food, music and a very talented tattoo artist!  (Henna…just for fun!)

After that, get ready for Yoga at Namaste!  We’re going back up the hill to Namaste Winery to enjoy yoga outside with a lovely view followed by a delicious lunch and fabulous wine.  July 15th!
