Lots of fun things happening in February. (check out the schedule in previous post and schedule page). Try the FREE Yoga 101 two Saturdays in February for beginners and curious minds. Come check out the studio, have some tea and learn the basics of a yoga class. Then, if you’re up for it, take the FREE Yoga Challenge class on Tuesday, February 8th. 90 minutes of a strong, energetic and focused yoga practice. See if you have it in ya! Finally, watch for Five Dollar Friday classes from 5:30pm-6:30pm. (All levels welcome).
