YOGA NOT REQUIRED.
That’s right… the yoga practice itself is not required. You can swap out any other activity., So if yoga’s not your thing… that’s okay. It just happened to work really well for me.
It’s designed to use practical daily concepts to eliminate excessive stress responses that become chronic anxiety over time. So if you or someone you know could use a little break, a new perspective, some encouragement and some modern science around breathing… this is it.
